In addition to having a broad scope of responsibilities in Christian ministry, Pastor Ron demonstrates a deep love for Filipino people. His military, medical, and theological training have contributed to his leadership disciplines, knowledge, and sensitivity to people's needs. He declares that even his failures have helped to shape him for pastoral ministry.

Pastor Ron is a native of California, a graduate of Simpson University, holds a bachelor's degree in Pastoral Theology and a Master's degree in New Testament Theology. He has ministered in Hawaii, Colorado and California with the Christian and Missionary Alliance for over 30 years.

He is particularly conscientious of the modern family and the evils employed to destroy it in our society. In his own family he is a role model of Christ's love for His church. His wife, Evelyn, born in Zamboanga, Philippines, and raised in Hawaii, has been his best friend and companion for over thirty-five years. Ron and Ev have three married children [Josh, Naomi, Josiah] and three in the nest [Micah, Isaac and Adam].

Pastor Ron's passion is to present Jesus Christ as...
1) SAVIOR: Reach people with the Good News of Jesus Christ that they might become members of God's Household;
2) SANCTIFIER: Teach people to grow in spiritual maturity and live according to God's Holy Word;
3) HEALER: Release God's people to use their spiritual gifting for the sake of the whole Church Body.
4) COMING KING: Equip "Each one reach one." Our mission is to bring back the King by reaching people for Christ with truth and kindness.

Pastor Ron's life verse is, Proverbs 3:3 (NASV-U) "Do not let kindness and truth leave you; Bind them around your neck,Write them on the tablet of your heart."

Maria Elena de Guzman (with son, Marco, and daughter Isa.)  There is no greater satisfaction than being able to do God's work using our gifts and talents. Who can say, "I don't know anything?" No one! God made everyone special. No one can even say: "I'm too busy!" Time, iteself is God's gift to us. Not giving back to God the time He has given us is depriving ourselves of the opportunity to bless God in a special way just as he made us special. No one is better than the rest. We are all the same in God's eyes. Nothing is too big or too small for God. Everyone matters! Everything matters! - Maria
